design, design services, digital marketing, and web design & development—you acknowledge that you have read,
understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these
terms, please discontinue use of our website and services immediately.
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to access or purchase any products or services offered through
our platform. By placing an order or making a payment, you confirm that you meet this requirement and accept
these Terms and Conditions as a legally binding agreement between yourself and Print Publish Corporation.
The following definitions apply throughout these Terms and Conditions:
Print Publish Corporation is committed to delivering high-quality results for all services. Refunds are considered under specific circumstances:
If you change your mind before work begins, you are entitled to a 100% refund. Requests must be submitted within one hour of placing an order. Requests after work has started are subject to a 15% administrative fee.
We offer unlimited revisions to ensure final delivery meets your requirements. If, after all revisions, the work still does not meet agreed specifications, a partial refund may be issued based on mutual agreement.
Refunds for late delivery apply only if the delay is solely caused by us, confirmed by documented evidence, and after at least three unanswered attempts to contact the customer. Delays caused by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of delivery. Requests beyond this period will not be considered.
Minor technical issues such as typographical errors, formatting inconsistencies, or missing references are not eligible for refunds if the core deliverable meets specifications. Customers are responsible for ensuring lawful and appropriate use of purchased content.
Projects inactive for 45+ consecutive days due to lack of communication will be considered closed. Reactivation may incur additional fees.
Projects are deemed complete once the final deliverable is accepted or unclaimed for 45+ days post-delivery. We are not liable for post-closure issues.
All deliverables are original and created for your exclusive use. Full copyright ownership transfers upon delivery. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards plagiarism and intellectual dishonesty. We are not responsible for unethical or unlawful use of purchased content.
Unless created in-house, third-party images are not owned by us. Recommended royalty-free sources may be provided. Customers are responsible for licensing verification.
Refunds before work begins: 100%. After work has started: subject to revisions policy. Quality issues may allow one free revision and possible 50% refund if unresolved.
Additional revisions beyond agreed scope may incur extra charges at the company's discretion.
Revision continues until written approval. Further requests post-approval are billed as new work.
