If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our website and services immediately.

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to access or purchase any products or services offered through our platform. By placing an order or making a payment, you confirm that you meet this requirement and accept these Terms and Conditions as a legally binding agreement between yourself and Print Publish Corporation.

2. Terms and Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms and Conditions:

• "Website" refers to the Print Publish Corporation website and all content, pages, and features available through it.
• "Customer," "You," or "Your" refers to the individual or entity using our services or placing an order on our platform.
• "Company," "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to Print Publish Corporation, a registered business entity.

3. Refund Policy

Print Publish Corporation is committed to delivering high-quality results for all services. Refunds are considered under specific circumstances:

• For projects exceeding $15,000, approved refunds may be processed in equal monthly installments of $5,000 until the full amount is returned.
• Refund requests must be submitted within the timeframes described in section 7.

4. Change of Mind

If you change your mind before work begins, you are entitled to a 100% refund. Requests must be submitted within one hour of placing an order. Requests after work has started are subject to a 15% administrative fee.

5. Unsatisfactory Delivery

We offer unlimited revisions to ensure final delivery meets your requirements. If, after all revisions, the work still does not meet agreed specifications, a partial refund may be issued based on mutual agreement.

6. Late Delivery

Refunds for late delivery apply only if the delay is solely caused by us, confirmed by documented evidence, and after at least three unanswered attempts to contact the customer. Delays caused by the customer are not eligible for a refund.

7. Refund Request Timeframe

Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of delivery. Requests beyond this period will not be considered.

8. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Minor technical issues such as typographical errors, formatting inconsistencies, or missing references are not eligible for refunds if the core deliverable meets specifications. Customers are responsible for ensuring lawful and appropriate use of purchased content.

Project Status and Closure

9. Inactive Projects

Projects inactive for 45+ consecutive days due to lack of communication will be considered closed. Reactivation may incur additional fees.

10. Completed Projects

Projects are deemed complete once the final deliverable is accepted or unclaimed for 45+ days post-delivery. We are not liable for post-closure issues.

11. Personal Use and Copyright

All deliverables are original and created for your exclusive use. Full copyright ownership transfers upon delivery. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

12. Plagiarism Policy

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards plagiarism and intellectual dishonesty. We are not responsible for unethical or unlawful use of purchased content.

13. Image Policy

Unless created in-house, third-party images are not owned by us. Recommended royalty-free sources may be provided. Customers are responsible for licensing verification.

14. Refunds — Summary

Refunds before work begins: 100%. After work has started: subject to revisions policy. Quality issues may allow one free revision and possible 50% refund if unresolved.

15. Editing Orders

Additional revisions beyond agreed scope may incur extra charges at the company's discretion.

16. Ghostwriting or Content Orders

Revision continues until written approval. Further requests post-approval are billed as new work.

17. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Use or inability to access services
• Technical failures or software malfunctions
• Delays/errors beyond our control
• Harm from reliance on platform information
• Third-party claims from your violation of these Terms

18. Amendments

Terms and Privacy Policy may be updated without notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

19. Representative Communication

Regional display names may be used for communication clarity. This does not affect transaction validity.
